Effective Date:
By listing your property or service on Virsitour (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline policies regarding listing, commissions, upgrades, and our role as Agent of Record (AOR) for all hotel bookings unless otherwise noted.
1. Definitions
- Supplier refers to hotels, venues, destinations, and event service providers listed on the Virsitour platform.
- Planner refers to an individual or organization using Virsitour to source and plan events.
- Booking refers to a confirmed reservation, contracted event, or paid engagement that originated via Virsitour’s platform, agency, or planner referrals.
- Agency refers to the Virsitour team acting as a sourcing or booking intermediary.
2. Listing Terms
- Suppliers may create a free basic listing on Virsitour, which includes uploading visuals, receiving planner inquiries, and participating in RFPs.
- Upgraded services, such as marketing enhancements and video production, are available for an additional fee (see Section 5).
3. Commission Terms
By signing up and creating a listing, you agree to the following:
- A commission is due to Virsitour on confirmed bookings that result from:
- RFPs or inquiries submitted through the Virsitour platform
- Bookings facilitated by the Virsitour Agency
- Planner referrals tracked via Virsitour links, QR codes, or forms
- RFPs or inquiries submitted through the Virsitour platform
Standard Commission Rates:
- Hotels: 7%–15% of pre-tax actualized room revenue, paid through standard IATA procedures
- Venues & Event Services: 10% of the contracted event value, payable by invoice upon completion of services
4. Agent of Record (AOR) for Hotels
By creating a listing, [Hotel] agrees that:
- Virsitour will act as the Agent of Record (AOR) for all bookings initiated through the Virsitour platform or agency.
- This applies to:
- Bookings initiated directly by planners on the platform
- Bookings submitted through the Virsitour Agency
- Bookings initiated directly by planners on the platform
- If a planner has a valid IATA number on file with Virsitour, they may receive hotel commission directly. In those cases, Virsitour will not act as AOR.

5. Reporting & Payment
- Suppliers agree to notify Virsitour of confirmed bookings within 7 days.
- Commissions are due within 30 days of booking confirmation or final client payment, whichever comes first.
- Late or unpaid commissions may result in listing removal or suspension of upgrade services.
6. Paid Upgrades (Optional)
Suppliers may purchase optional enhancements to boost visibility and lead generation:

| 6-Week Bootcamp | $1,500–$2,000 | One-on-one visibility coaching and listing optimization |
Payment is due in full before services are delivered unless otherwise arranged.
7. Termination & Removal
- Suppliers may cancel their listing at any time.
- Virsitour reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that fail to pay commissions or violate platform standards.
8. Ownership & Use of Content
- Suppliers retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Virsitour a license to use it for platform and promotional purposes.
- Virsitour retains ownership of any custom videos or creative assets developed through paid upgrades.
9. Modifications
- Virsitour may update these terms. You will be notified via email or platform notification.
